Do I need an exact inventory?
No. Several clear photos and a description of the area are a useful start. Point out bulky, heavy or unusual items.
What items are not accepted?
We do not accept liquid paint, household chemicals, hazardous waste, concrete or brick. Completely dried-out paint cans may be accepted; include them in your photos so we can confirm.
Do any items cost extra?
Mattresses, box springs and exceptionally heavy and/or bulky items may require additional fees. Show these items clearly in your photos so we can discuss the cost before pickup.
Which access details matter?
Share the location and note any stairs, gates, narrow entries, limited parking, steep slopes, long carries or other obstacles between the items and vehicle access.
Can cleanup be part of a larger project?
Yes. Include any repair or improvement needs in your message so we can discuss the parts that fit True-Grit’s services.
